Stardust to stardust

I have trouble sleeping at night: loneliness, insomnia, unsolved mysteries, anxieties, lingering feelings, chemical imbalances… but when I put my head to rest and think

you know why i like asking why?
because when you answer a question,
you’re finding some kind of purpose in something
every single thing around you has a purpose
that makes me appreciate things and makes me giggle
why are the trees green?
because they use sunlight as food!

I can’t help but know there’s hope for me, for you, and for anything we’re all dealing with. Give yourself a big pat on the back.
